About Intira Villas
For more than two decades we have been building, selling, renting, and managing villas in Phuket. What began as a small Finnish-led development team in Rawai in 2010 has grown into one of Phuket's most reliable boutique developers — the kind of company that does what it says, delivers on time, and stays for the long run.
Where it started
Intira Villas Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 by Jonas, a Finnish boat builder who had been developing property in Phuket since 2004, and Tuomas, a Finnish designer with deep experience in construction, lifestyle brands, and the way buyers actually live in their homes.
Our founding principle was simple, and we have kept it ever since: do exactly what we promise, and put the client first.
What we have built
Three private villa developments, all in Rawai:
- Intira Villas 1 — launched April 2010 on a 4-rai rubber tree plot. Sixteen houses, all sold within eleven months. Delivered as planned.
- Intira Villas 2 — August 2011, just 750 metres from the original. Nine private pool villas, sold off-plan in six months.
- Nga Chang by Intira Villas — completed late 2014. Fifteen private pool villas on a 3.5-rai site.
By the end of 2014 we had a reputation for build quality, transparency, and finishing what we started.
The decision to pause
When the global currency picture shifted and the Russian buyer market we relied on became volatile, we made a deliberate choice not to rush into a fourth project just to stay busy. Instead we focused on what we already had: the villas under our management, the owners who trusted us, and the
relationships we had built.
That pause turned out to be the most useful decade in the company's history. Today we manage rentals for approximately 30 villas in Rawai,
consistently delivering an approximate 10% annual rental returns for owners. We have learned, on a property-by-property basis, what holds up over time and what
doesn't — what buyers actually need versus what looks good on paper, how villas perform through the rainy season, what costs the owner real money
over a five-year horizon.
Quinta Lane — putting it all together
In 2024, after twenty-two years of practical experience, we launched Quinta Lane by Intira Villas — six exclusive four-bedroom private pool villas in Rawai. Designed for long-term durability, low maintenance, and energy efficiency: insulated walls, roofs, and doors, solar power, sound and heat efficiency, designs prepared for heat waves, drought, heavy rain, and flooding.
Off-plan buyers are encouraged to customise the interior and finishes. We do not start construction on the next villa until the previous one is sold, which means each home reflects the family that will actually live in it.
Two villas at Quinta Lane are already complete. One remains available, fully furnished and move-in ready.
