Intira Villas 1 - Soi Suksan 2

Villas are situated off Soi Suksan II, in serene and secluded place, surrounded by cashew nut- and coconut palm trees, but still just few minutes away from Chalong Pier, shopping centers and restaurants as well as Rawai and Nai Harn beaches.

These two and three bedroom villas are designed in an L-shape around the private swimming pool and terrace in the centre. Set in tropical gardens and facing west, beautiful sunsets and mountain views can be enjoyed in peaceful, palm lined surroundings.

To the front of the property will be a covered parking space and the main entrance. With the open plan kitchen, living and dining area ahead, the master suite to the left and the second and third bedrooms to the rear. All rooms have sliding glass doors which allow views and access to the garden and pool area.

Intira Villas 2 - Soi King Suksan 4

Intira Villas 2 is set in a serene palm lined location at the end of a small road. Villas are a combination of contemporary Scandinavian design with its durable and sensible solutions for everyday living, but not forgetting the touch of Asian architectural design features, small tropical garden and the private swimming pool. Nga Chang is situated along Soi Pattana Road in Rawai only few minutes away from Chalong Pier, shopping areas and restaurants as well as Rawai and Nai Harn beaches. The development includes total of 15 private pool villas and is developed by Intira Villas Company Limited. Estimated time of construction is from May 2013 to May 2015.

Villas are following the Intira Villas’ contemporary and functional design concept. All 2- and 3-bedroom villas are arranged in an L-shape around the swimming pool, with a covered off-street parking at the front. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is to the side and the second bedroom is at the back with an additional bathroom. The third bedroom is either at the back of the villa or next to the main entrance depending of the shape and size of the land plot. The kitchen is at the front or at the middle of the villa, conveniently fitting into the corner.
